Amanda Shepherd, known professionally as Mandy, is an accomplished Attorney, Notary, and Conveyancer at Louis Gishen and Associates Inc in Johannesburg. With a deep passion for law, she specializes in litigation, arbitration dispute resolution and commercial and corporate legal matters. Mandy understands the strain and expense of legal battles, striving always to resolve matters efficiently and cost-effectively.

Mandy serves as a trusted advisor to Provincial and District sports federations, sporting organizations, and clubs. She provides advice and counselling on a variety of issues including governance issues, Annual General Meetings, disciplinary matters, disputes, contractual issues and matters concerning Non-Profit Organizations and Voluntary Associations. Her expertise also extends to interpreting and implementing Constitutions and Bye Laws. Mandy is a mentor and advisor with The South African Women and Sport Foundation.
