Lesedi Mphahlele is the Managing Director of Mphahlele and Motlanthe Attorneys Inc and a specialist dispute resolution and litigation attorney with over 16 years of experience in complex corporate and commercial, sports law, and regulatory matters.

Lesedi represents clients in the superior courts and specialist tribunals, including the CCMA, PSL Dispute Resolution Chamber, and the Press Council of South Africa. He is widely recognised for his strategic handling of high-stakes and reputation-sensitive disputes. Noteworthy clients include the South African Football Association (SAFA) , Crickets South Africa and MTN.

Lesedi is the Disciplinary Commissioner at Cricket SA, Deputy Chairperson of The Coalition of Anglican Children’s Homes, a member of NADEL, and a recognised legal commentator on TV and radio. and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA), reinforcing his commitment to advancing sports law, governance, and legal education in South Africa.
